Customer's reviews
I can’t recommend the Big J moving team enough! We utilized their packing, junk removal and moving services to move from Florissant out to Wentzville. During the packing phase, a dedicated team took great care to protect all of our items. All material was packed effectively and quickly, and we had no issue at all with fragile/breakable items. On a following day, the junk removal group removed 1500 lbs of stuff from our space which was the perfect prep for the big move. And finally - the moving day. The team arrived promptly and busted their tails to get our home loaded up. Our move would have been a nightmare had it not been for Big J and his crew. I would easily and highly recommend his services to anyone interested in a first class experience.

Absolutely loved Big J Express!! Seriously, if you are reading reviews to consider hiring for your move, stop right now and book immediately.
Big J made our move incredibly smooth from start to finish. They showed up right on time with a large, professional crew that was ready to go immediately.
What I appreciated most was how positive and respectful every single team member was throughout the day. It started with Josh, supporting everyone, catching details, working efficiently, communicating clearly, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and organized.
I hope to not move again, but if I do, this company will the only call we will make. Highly recommend Big J Express if you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced moving company.

I am posting a “follow up” review on my move with this wonderful team of guys! The work ethic and professionalism of this moving crew was outstanding. Every one of them was polite and respectful. They showed up on time. They took great care in moving my belongings. They even wrapped my dresser and mirrors in plastic wrapping for added protection. They worked quickly, yet were efficient and careful with my belongings. What they accomplished in several hours would have taken me an entire weekend and more! The price for moving all my stuff was very reasonable. If I ever need to move again I will be calling Big J Express Moving & Logistics! A special thanks to Josh who really manages his team well. Job well done all of you!
